Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with high-tech features like iPads, but the sophisticated controls may be overwhelming for some. The service is outstanding, with a particularly sweet and friendly housekeeper named Rebecca standing out. The location is very convenient for transportation but lacks proximity to major attractions. The dining options are great but may not cater well to vegans. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient location.
The hotel offers brightly lit, very spacious, and clean rooms with a very comfortable bed, though there was a slight dust/mold smell upon entering. The service was very helpful and friendly except for the check-in staff. The location is very convenient, close to the MTR, and worth the money, though it is a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was great, but could use some improvement in the quantity and quality of foods. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a convenient location.
I had a pleasant 5-day stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped, providing clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodation, albeit on the 31st floor with a partial view. The service was exceptional, with the staff being great at giving directions, especially Eddy at the reception, who was super friendly even at our late 10 pm check-in. The location offers easy access to public transport and the airport, although a bit isolated from bars/restaurants, which might disappoint those looking for more dining options. The dining experience was varied and bountiful, but unfortunately, some items like wholemeal bread were unavailable. The facilities overall were satisfactory and met my needs.
The hotel is quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong, with a nice design, well-equipped bathrooms, and comfortable beds.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was not very clean, with hair left in the drawers and on the floor, but the price, including dinner, was competitive for Hong Kong. The service was helpful and ready 24/7, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to assist. The location, while giving a local feel, was a fair distance from main shopping and dining areas. Overall, the facilities were just okay, nothing exceptional.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had comfortable lighting, and the modern lobby with beautiful art pieces added a touch of elegance. Having an iPad for room service was a nice touch, and the overall design was thoughtful for a relaxing experience. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The service was exceptional with staff who were kind and transparent about all hotel services and charges, enhancing my overall enjoyment. The location, while not in the heart of tourist areas, was great for business purposes near Kwun Tong and Ngau Tau Kok MTR stations. The hotel offered excellent value for money.
